Regulatory Alignment
All categories are processed in compliance with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and guidelines issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). Hazardous fractions are separated and channelized to authorized Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDF).
