NEPL is designed to process all 106 categories of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) as defined under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022. Below is a structured overview of the equipment types accepted at our facility.

Processing Under Regulation

All categories are processed in compliance with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and guidelines issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). Hazardous fractions are separated and channelized to authorized Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDF).
